FACILE! Product Management App

Over this past semester, I took an entrepreneurship class where we had to find a need in the community and create a potential solution. Through the market research that was conducted, my group and I found that there wasn't really a comprehensive project management tool/software that combined both communication and task management.

The team brainstormed and created FACILE! or "easy" in french as a symbol to say how easy it is to use and manage for all users. Baked in with an AI assistant named ERI, project management would be a breeze. Managers would be able to assign tasks based on the employees' abilities and skills. They would be able to see the employees' past projects, responsibilities, and performance reviews. Employees would be able to have an active timeline and a to-do list to see deliverables and break tasks up to set milestones. Lastly, documents and files could be uploaded and edited collaboratively in real time.

As part of our final deliverable, the team needed to draft a report and presentation in which I created some sample mockups of the features and design.
